My father in law uses a bmobile decoy. Last night he left the carry bag and his fan on the grill outside. His dog chewed it up. He called primos this morning and told them what happened. The guy on the phone said i got what u need right here. He said tennessee seasons opens saturday right and my father in law said yes. The guy said i will get it out today so you can have it before season opens. My father in law said let me give you a credit card number and he said that wont be necessary just keep using primos products. Father in law said for sure he will.

Good customer service is rare in this day and age.

thats pretty cool of them to do. I am not much of a primos fan but that def makes them better in my book.

Good! I like them as a group from what i can tell. Haven't used many of their products but calls blinda and decoys aren't really my bag. I appreciate hunting organizations supporting hutners and seems like they are doing it.
