brass question

Does anyone know what firearm, chamber or barrel makes these marks? I'm a curious cat.

It's from a fluted chamber. Some machine guns have these types of chambers.

And some semi autos have them as well.

CETME has a chamber like that. Get your small base dies and be prepared to scrap them. They would not be my first choice to reload.
