brass ?

Just run them through your FL 270 die. They'll end up a little short (.045" or so) but after you fire them once in the 270 they should be good to go. I read somewhere that the necks can end up a little thick but the few I did turned out fine for my gun.

I wrote on mine with a Sharpie to make sure they didn't get stuck in a 30-06 by mistake.

I haven't broke my 30-06 out in years dont think it even has a scope. Is the .045 length difference gonna make any difference in accuracy at 100 yds? Or pressure differences for that matter?

Can brass be sized up? 25-06 to 270?

I'll trade you .270 for 25-06 brass if you got it.

They can be sized up but it will make the brass shorter and thinner in the neck.

The .045" will only make a difference if you're loading way past book maxes for OAL. Run a few through your die and seat a dummy round and see if you can feel the neck dragging in the chamber. If you can feel it drag or see it leaving marks on the outside of the neck then you'll have to turn the neck down or use cheaper/thinner 30-06 brass.
