Breaking up early?

Normally the turkey at the farm are very predictable....they are normally in their group of about 200-300 birds this time of yr...this year they have split up early and I am only seeing about 20 to 60 birds in a group...anyone else noticed an early "brek up" this spring?

I saw a flock of atleast 50 hens and one strutter on Saturday

they definitely are not split up in my areas in Smith and Trousdale county.
