I'm wanting a scope for my 12 gauge without having to drill and tap it. Do any of you guys know of any such a scope or am I wasting my time looking? Thanks for your help.

I have a silver as well.
I bought a fastfire red dot holographic sight.
It has a mounting bracket that goes between the stock and receiver.
I heard nothing but good things about them.
I haven't got around to mounting it yet though.

You can get a saddle mount for them, I have a Silver and a SX3, I personally didnt like the feel with the saddle mount and a halo sight. It didnt feel natural because you are not anchored down on the gun like you are with a bead. Like Ruger, IMO the speed bead is the way to go or drilled and tapped! !

There are rails that mount to the vent-rib if you want to mount a halo sight like the FF2.... someone was posting about them a while back....

Rib Riders

that seems like ti would be WAY far front for a halo type scope, maybe not but just seems to to me trying to picture it.

Nahhh.... it would be a little different looking.... mount the rails where the rib space allows it closest to the receiver and then mount the FF2 close as possible on the rail....
