Bryce Young

Can you imagine the descension in the locker room over these situations. Receivers not getting paid what QB is. Oline not getting much of anything, maybe just beer money. Memphis QB unhappy because he doesn't get what Bama QB is. Coaches being able to use it in recruiting HS players and especially the transfer portal. Even when these things don't bring sanctions, could be the downfall of some great teams. Locker room descension is cancer to any team playing team sports.

It will certainly be interesting to see how all of this pans out over the next several years. Most people think that the schools with the most wealthy boosters will be at an advantage for the best players. However, there is another scenario that may come into play.

Texas A&M is notorious for having a lot of wealthy and dedicated boosters, but all schools have at least a few wealthy and dedicated boosters. Would an athlete rather go to A&M and be a second or third string guy (with 2 or 3rd string NIL benefits) or stay at home a smaller school like Ole Miss or UFC(Central Florida) and be the town hero with top tier NIL potential?

The boy has not even thrown a pass yet and is making almost a million? Wow . Blows my mind.

Its certainly going to cause some turbulence in the locker rooms you are correct. After reflection on this I think its going to be horrible for the sport. I see no good coming from any of this. Example. Bryce has two or three back to back bad
games.
His team mates loose confidence in him??? Then the pile on in the locker room over the money starts to pile in and the animosity separates the team. Normally a QB has a couple of bad games the team works to support him and they work together as a team to over come it..and in alot of the cases it just works it self out. But I could see this sinking the ship.

This won't cause any problems. Young men with a lot of money tend to stay humble.
