bully tom picks on a midget rooster

Here's a video I took in San Juan, PR of a tom and rooster getting into it. This tom looked very fierce. His entire head and waddle was fire red and he didnt have much of a beard.

Anybody know if this is a wild subspecies or just a crazy lookin domesticated bird?
