Used a couple on rifles for my kids because of the generous eye relief.

I've got a couple of the Banner 1.5-4.5 Shotgun scopes on my .444 and 45/70 because they can take the recoil that has made a few other scopes go toes up.

I don't have any complaints.

With the fact you'll use this scope for only 2 weeks a year, I personally wouldn't invest too much higher than this price point unless I got something nicer on sale.

6-18x50 on my 270....has been on it for over 10 years... love it and has never failed me...holds zero every year
