bushnell trophy cam help needed

i cant get it to print date and time on videos. it says stamp is on.i hope i am over looking something but cant find it in the instruction manual .thoughts ?

just check my moultrie cam and its doing the same thing . they print the date on pics but not video ??

Mine doesn't print on the video, but it is saved in the file information.

ok how do i get to that?? when i save the file to my lap top fro my sd card does it retain that info as well? sorry i am green n computers

Yes it does. In the folder that contains the files, choose details (right click, view, details).
