I see things are starting to pile up. Been a bad week all around for the vols

The sexual assault case happened a while back the day after the SC game. Butch kicked both players off the team and they will not be back, he did the right thing like he should had.
Thr hurd thing I've heard nothing about underage drinking is wrong but not horrible heck I did it:/ but his a 20 year old a true freshman:/ stuff like this happens in every single college football program! You cant be holding your players hands every minute.

Now if Hurd ways accused of sexual assault
And theft
shooting out Windows causing alot of damage
Jumping on tables causing problems at school
And more.
and All ole butch did was slap him on the butt and say good job then I might say his lost some control
 
Yea he's lost control. Both were KICKED OFF THE TEAM hours after the news broke. Neither player has ever been charged but we're kicked off the team. This was over a month ago after the UK game. Catch up.

I know its old news sir. I also follow Tenn. I just figured since everyone wants to talk about a certain QB for FSU that did things in 2011 & 2012 that y'all might need a refresher course. So does Hurd miss the bowl game or will it be handled by the coach like in other schools.
If they were identified immediately why were they not arrested and charged? Some kinda special treatment?

Both were suspended hours after the claim was made. They have not played a game or have been a part of any kind of team activities since. There has been no special treatment. The investigation was conducted and closed. The findings have been sent to the DA. It would seem that the evidence is either to muddy or not substantial enough to have arrested either player so far. The DA and the grand jury will decide what happens.

Let me ask. Did Jameis have to deal with any of this?
 
I can't believe a 18 yr old college student was drinking :o
Such a uncommon thing, big? Is how did they keep it on the down low for 15 days.

Jameis dealt with this for 5 months before ever being the starting QB for FSU. The girl has changed her story 4 times about what happened that day and has tried to extort 7 million dollars for this claim. The fact she had sex with 2 other persons that day sure clouded the facts about the case.He was investigated for 8 months and not charged. There was no reason to keep him from playing football or baseball. He never denied consensual sex with her.

That's gross!! Sounds like Winston messes with some really classy gals. He was probably third in line.
 
Most everything written about Jameis happened in 2011 and 2012 before he was a starting QB at FSU. I did say most. The vulgarity while walking in the hall with others was in 2014. The walking out of Publix (with crab legs)with a security guard was early 2014 before football season,during baseball season.
