Butterflied Tenderloin?????

I usually grill these but was wondering if anyone has suggestions on other ways to cook them. Any and all ideas would be appreciated. thanks.

Season the tenderloin as you like. Butterfly and wrap in bacon.

Take a frying pan and put the butterflied pcs in on edge and keep rolling and cooking the bacon until done. When bacon is
done, turn heat up and sear on each side and remove.

Enjoy.

Tenderize them, marinate them, and fry them like cube steaks.
