Calls

Has anyone ever ordered any calls from Brookside game calls? Its the kits you get and put together. If so how did you like them?

I have. I liked them fine. They went together pretty easy. The wood is all rough cut with nothing finished. I didn't have the equipment to really finish the wood to look real good. Nor did I have the patience to do it by hand. However, I still got some good sound out of them. Some of the box call kits are done smooth. I still got one somewhere.

I have ordered several things from them to construct my own calls. The quality is good.

I ordered a kit with 4 pot calls . I have 2 sanded down good for me (by hand), almost ready to put them together.

They said 10 day but it was less than that on my order.

I buy stuff from them every year at the nwtf and order over phone pretty often to make my own mouth calls,pot calls and crow calls, service and shipping has always been top notch for me.. But I have yet to hear one of their pre made calls that sounded good to me.. But that's just my opinion..

I make pot calls and tube calls and order my slate and glass from them and they always are great to deal with. I've never heard one of their kit calls so no help there.
