have you tried walmart they usely have sales on them this time of year.if you can't find something there try on e-bay or your local hunting stores they should have something.
Try the Primos Truth Cam 35. Seems to be a good camera so far and it has great reviews. They are usually aroung $99.99 and Bass Pro has them on sale right now for $79.97.
Everything in that price range is going to have a slow trigger speed. If using over a lick, it won't matter.
If you're trying to catch a thief you need a camera that will take and burst of pictures (3-5)and recover within just a few seconds (5-10) and continue to photograph the individual.
I've bought several Wildgame innovations IR4 cams for under $75.00 each. Awesome pictures, fast trigger times. So-So reliability. I may start buying the Primous truthcam as well. I've read good things and at that price, I'd have to scarf one up.
Gander Mountain has the Spypoint G4 4MP on sale for $99.99. The G4 is a Gander Mountain exclusive. It's the Spypoint FL-A in a camo case. As others have mentioned, the FL-A has received good reviews. I have several FL-A's that I got on Camofire and I'm enjoying them a lot.
If you don't mind a big trail camera, then check out the Wildgame Innovations d8 8MP. Gander Mountain has it on sale for $99.99. This camera has received good reviews. It's got some neat features (both white and IR flash as well as a nice color view screen). The downside is that it's big-bodied trail camera and the mounting system is kind of lame (bungee cords).
