Early in the morning (6-8 am) and late in the evening (7-8 pm) all I get is white pics. I can see deer outlined in the background but almost a solid white pic. Appreciate any help.

What is happening is, at dawn and dusk, the camera senses there isn't enough light to take a daylight color picture, so it switches to infra-red. Yet there is still way too much daylight to take an infra-red picture causing the image to be completely over-exposed (white-out).
Some cameras have a the ability to take grey-light pictures without over-exposing them.
