Camping question

I have reservations for Rock Creek Recreation Area in 2 weeks. Due to the floods I'm not sure the campground will open back up before my trip. What are some other options near Johnson City, Elizabethton, Erwin area?

Roan Mtn state park. Dry Cry creek campground. Really hard to know D/T these floods. Roan Mtn probably the best best.

Believe Roan Mountain is closed. Your probably better off traveling a little west and hit Big South Fork or Frozen Head. You could possibly check on Rock Creek along the Emory/Obed river in Wartburg. Not sure if Lilly Pad is open for camping, you may want to check with them as well.

Thanks, I will check those out. I think Rock Creek will be closed for the rest of the season. Appreciate the info on the others.
