I have hunted the same group of 6 gobblers the past 2 days. They will not leave a clearcut that they are strutting in for anything. Hens are everywhere by the way. Strutting back and forth for about 10 yards and thats it before they dissapear over the side of the mountain. I glassed a good spot to hide but it is so close to where they are roosting. Guess I will be getting up extra early this saturday to try to get to it. Good luck to everybody as the season goes on.
