cant find birds with bad weather

anyone have any ideas on finding silent birds an do you think the wind and cold temps is keeping them shut down.

no, i think it's wind, cold temps, and HENS have em shut down.

only advice I know of is to hunt the fields to find the birds, then try to pattern them.

trying just cant find what field they are hiting if i could just hear 1 TOM in a field i swear i would sit on it all day i would even take my supper.

Look to the fields my friend and you will find what you seek,
On a slow rainy day I wont just glass a field and say no birds then leave I will go to each field sit down and observe it for 20min or longer .alot of times the birds will pop in and out of the woods or hang in the shadows along the edges .and you won't catch them at first glimps. good luck

if the weather is nasty i like to hunt close to known roosting areas in the morning and evening.
