Because it was asked by a few others..... not trying to scare anyone, it really isn't much work if you stay on top of things.... which is why we will be keeping a week to week running tally.
Captain will make sure EVERYONE on the team has read and understands the rules. (When I post them)
Double checking scores to make sure procedure were followed and the scores are calculated to the NWTF Guidelines.
They will be required to keep tabs on the team pics and make sure they are up to standards... otherwise they may not be admissible.
Keep up with the weekly score and make sure all entries are in for posting in the running contest score.
If a team member has an issue with another teams pics/entry.... it would be their captains duty to bring it to me in a PM. It will be discussed and hopefully resolved without much drama.
Also to keep up with members who would be hunting past the Tn. season end date and reporting back to me with update. After everyone is through hunting I need to be notified so that when everyone is finished hunting other states.... we can verify the team scores and crown a winning team.
