Could someone please explain to me the difference b/t the 250 and 350 and which one i would need to buy....any help would be greatly appreciated...

Good question.
Get's into spine,and then I am lost.
there are some arrow experts here that will give you the answer.

I shoot a 60# Drenalin with a 27.5# DL. 100gr B.H.
I shoot the 250 CE Maxima hunters with 2" Blazers.

I like the arrows, and the Blazers hold up great.Am also happy with the groups.

I think I would get better penetration if I went with the 350's,as it increases KE, but it would slow the arrow down.
Also get's into spine.

You may be asking the same question I am.
Not sure.
I do know that every time I try and find out which is best, I get lost.
Good luck.

i was told i needed 250's...but wonder what the diff is...the chart on carbon express website shows im right in the middle...i shoot 27 in draw...but 70 lbs...

Shooting a 27 inch arrow @ 70 personally I would opt for the 350
You would be worse off being slightly under spined than over spined. I think the 250's work best around 60 lb draw weight.

the 250 is a .400 spine and the 350 is a 345 spine. You need a Maxima 350. not to mention that depending on how long your arrow is going to be you will be VERY close to not making the 350 grain total arrow weight needed at 70lb not to void your warranty wiht the 250. I have shot alot of arrows, including the Maximas and I must say I recommend Eason Flatlines over Maximas..GREAT arrow and alittle cheaper than the Maximas..My results with Maximas haven't showed them to be near as durable as a arrow at that price should be..

I have to agree about the Maximas being over rated. I like the Gold Tip Pro but the Easton St Axis are my my favorite. I like the Nano better than the infused. Just my choice that is all.

I got some Maximas at the ATA show a couple of years ago and I didn't care for them . I'd rather shoot my Easton ST Epic N Fused .

now im really confused...

My bow shoots CE Maxima's great.
They are very good quality arrows.

You may be safeer going with the 350's rather than be underspined.

Dont be confused :)
Like Radar stated ST Epics are great arrows too! That would be the choice without spending a bunch of money.

My bow really agrees with the ST Axis 400 and St Epic 400
I shoot 72# 27.5" shaft

I'm shooting 27" ST Epics at 400 spine too . I like them mainly for durability and the longer HP inserts that allow better insert alignment and broadhead flight.
