Hope they let him lead the band after the game.I remember when he would lead the band in the Swamp after those victories.BTW,he never lost to Florida, lol

Already making celebratory plans? That isn't very smart. Vegas seems to think this will be a pretty close game. Statistically these seem to be 2 fairly evenly matched teams:

http://myteamsbetter.com/#COMPARE_TEAMS ... _OPPONENTS

Both teams have allowed about 24 points per game, FL has scored almost 41 points per game, TN has scored less than 30. They are about equal in the passing game, around 255 yards per game, but FL has the better Rushing game averaging almost 75 more yards per game.

You can't be using logic in this forum.... :D

:D

I know you are smart enough to know that those stats are irrelevant since you have to look at who the teams have played from which those stats are derived.

I do believe @OK/@GA trumps @Bama/home Kentucky :D !

Now, TN may lose, but I don't expect that to happen. I'm so confident, in fact, that I am accompanying my dad to the game Saturday since my stepmom can't go.

I was there as a teenager when we ended the 10 year streak to Bama, so I figured I might as well be there for this one as well.

Now, I just have to find a white shirt and hat with the power T on them :D !

They are stats...not 100% relevant, not 100% irrelevant. Open for debate for sure. Without a common opponent it is hard to make direct comparisons.

forgot about big bad eastern Michigan who would probley give up points to a really good highschool lol hahaha. take away the stats from that game if u can even call it that. then see what they look like

^^^ This^^^

Kinda of like UT losing to GA, GA losing to SC, SC losing Mizz, and Mizz losing to Indiana. With some of the logic used, that makes Indiana better than all those SEC teams. College football is about match-ups.... :)

Thank you :) !

Florida vs. eastern michigan- 665 yards in a 65-0 win
Florida vs. Kentucky- 532 yards( at home with a few overtimes lol) 30-36 win
Florida vs bama-200 yards ( over 600 gave up by the defense lol) 21-42 bama

wonder what there stats would look like if you replaced the kentucky home game with a 12georgia or 4Oklahoma road game?

I just don't understand BamaProud logic in taking G-n-B thunder away by spitting out STATS!

Stats are something to have fun with.... :) Game aren't won by stats or pretty uniforms but we can still debate them.... :)

Tennessee has played better competition than Florida so you can't compare stats
