Went to the Warren County fair and a guy there had some cornmeal, Grits, fish fry mix, and stuff he had made there for 4-5 bucks so I had to get some. We fried some catfish up in the cast iron skillet tonight . I'm usually more of a beer batter guy when it comes to me frying fish but this was really good!

I've got a customer that has a old timey grist mill and makes homemade cornmeal. He always gives me some when I'm there. It's amazing at the difference in flavor compared to store bought.
Fish looks great!

I agree it tastes really good. We did cornbread tonight with the yellow cornmeal we bought.
