I bought these while doing chemo. I opened and tried one of the maximum uplift. The other three are sealed.

Honestly, don't know. Didn't really give them a chance. I tried one...didn't really notice anything. At the time, I had alternative methods that were faster acting. Even that though was few and far between.
What I found that worked better than anything was to keep something on my stomach...I snacked a lot. Having an empty stomach made it awful.
I also had a variety of nausea meds...used only when needed.
I wish your wife the best with it...it's a tough pill to swallow.
Will keep you all in my prayers.
