Changes at LBL--A Petition

Fellow bowhunters,

A local USDA Forest Service recreation area has shortened its bowhunting season 12 days. This change was made with no public input, no explanation and no scientific reasons for the change.
As TN bowhunters this decision and the way it was made has alarmed us a little.
We have put together an on-line petition to gather signatures to let the USDA Forest Service know that their actions and decisions are not made in a vacuum and that we as citizens and users of the public land would like a voice in their decision making process.

They did take suggestions and input from the public.I hunt lbl and was aware of that.I dont want any fellow hunters losing days hunting . I would be sure i had all my facts before i started blasting them or we could all be going elsewhere to hunt . I would hate that for bow hunters and gun hunters alike.
