I told a buddy the other day that lots of time it's about a coach ending up at the right place at the right time. I have seen avg. coaches end up at programs and do a very goo job and also have watch great coaches end up at a program and fail.

I think that is why the NFL just recycles their coaches and if the timings right, they will win.... Just my 2 cents.
