Wife made the breading with a couple eggs and crushed up pork rinds.
Added some garlic and some other kind of seasonings.
Topped with a tomato based runny stuff and more parmesan cheese.
Steamed asparagus with queso cheese.

Gotta admit, it was pretty freaking good!

Still doing it but not as strict as I was.
I need to get my lard butt back in the gym, that would help more than anything.
The gym definitely helps. I'm of the mindset that it is 70% what you eat and 30% exercise. Chicken parm hasn't even entered my brain to make - the wife and I both love it, but have only gotten it in restaurants. Need to try that and also the queso on asparagus.

It's really good.
I could live without the tomato stuff but other than that I loved it.
 
Looks like a great keto meal. Im back to running big miles again and although my weight is low, im having a tough time with getting enough energy from keto. Hopefully my body will adjust soon. We did 10
Miles yesterday and i was whooped!!
