decided to cook some wings for the talledega race. not as abig a fan of nascar as I used to be but like to watch the big ones. talledega, Daytona , Bristol. cookin in oven in a bag ,then crisp them under the broiler. bones pull out clean. we consider them best around. pics to come

frenchs hot buffalo seasoning with bag. cook about an hour then dump entire contents on bar pan and broil till browned. doggone good!

I did something like this a few weeks back.

I thought the wings were pretty good, Wife nearly spit hers out.

I have cooked about 400 or more wings over the years trying to get a taste and texture that would change the universe but so far I can't even get off my property.

Think i will start a thread.
