Clemson is Poaching in UT's backyard.

4 star Amari Rodgers just committed to Clemson. He's the son of former UT player, Tee Martin and plays H.S. ball in Knoxville.

Oak Ridge 5 star WR Tee Higgins decomitted from UT a few weeks ago and he's now leaning towards Clemson.

Here's why UT is going to have problems getting receivers. Their top receiver had approx. 400 yards receiving last season. To put that in perspective, UF had a 3 star fr. WR that almost had 700 yards receiving and 2 WRs that beat 400 yards and a third that was just under that mark. When you take in consideration that UF didn't even have a throwing QB the second half of the season that has to make you scratch your head....

All came to Tennessee after that horrible passing season along with two TEs and the #1 dual threat QB.

So yes, it was a bad passing season does that mean the vols won't get another top receiver next recruiting class?? Or won't be able to flip one of them Tennessee boys?? Nope.

Devin Bush Jr. went to high school almost 500 miles away from FSU. Deion Sanders Jr. went to high school 4 states away from FSU. Amari Rodgers goes to high school 12 miles from Neyland Stadium. Tee Higgins goes to high school 26 miles from Neyland Stadium.

A little like Ernon Lane?? A former UF 5 star commit that flipped to FSU. He's got a total of 300 yards receiving at FSU in two seasons. 3 star fr. Callaway doubled his stats in one year....

Go ahead and make fun of Ermon. He sure put a lot of gaoters on their butts , blocking down field. He and Cook have done quite well for FSU. Not every 5* makes the NFL.
