coach pruitt complaining about attendance got some vol faithful all tore up. make up your mind....you want no BS coach or a yes man baby kisser? the wife and i had a ball. GBO!

I was a lot more impressed with JG than I thought I would be. Could have been that defense he was up against though. LOL. I like how when the announcer was asked how many players on the field could start for Alabama... he answered "none". We still have some grad student transfers and some guys that will heal up from injuries so I feel like we are right where we should be. I love that he is telling it like it is. There is one thing for sure, he does not lead you to be believe we are any better than we really are. Lol go get up coach, put a little toughness in all of them.
 
The media cherry picked his actual quote on this a blew it up as something it really wasnt IMO. The local media, mainly Jimmy Hyams, has their panties in a wad because Pruitt has cut them off basically from all of the team access they had and are now taking shots at him because of it. Jimbo can piss up a rope as far as im concerned.


I like Pruitt. I think he can do big things here. I think he will do big things here. When, Im not sure.. He is not happy at all about the roster he has and the attitudes that came with it so hes got his work cut out for him.
 
I think he'll get them headed in the right direction with the right mindset to make a difference and close out games next season. But as soon as I think that, I think about the upcoming schedule and wonder just how much of a difference those changes will make in the win/loss columns. Right now I'm thinking it'll be the '19 season before their progress actually shows up in wins as next season will be brutal going into the SC game.

Players have gotten use to coach speak and some coaches not jumping their arse or calling them out to the media. When they do they want to get upset and be mad at a coach. I HATE COACH SPEAK!! Good for Jeremy for calling out the players. Best part I heard on the local news was when a reporter asked him how he will handle the players that "quite" he said he would confront them.
 
I hope he hurts some more.............or at least gets their heads out of their arses! I love how he evaluated the team effort. If its a spade, he will call it a spade! It is what it is and he aint gonna sugar coat nothing! He expects, what we fans expect, and its been a long time since we had a coach like that. GO VOLS

He learned it from the best .

Coach Saban used the same MO on ALABAMA every season saying things like they aren't there or not ready or not committed .
