I went over there today to pick up my "Project Rifle" after they damaged the stock and scope when I was supposed to get a simple trigger job. They repaired the stock and you cannot tell that the stock was damaged in any way. The scope was touched up with a black marker and I told them that it was unacceptable. I wanted a brand new scope, since the scope that was on there was a brand new scope that has never felt any recoil. They accepted my terms and made things right for me. They ordered me a new Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40 and when it comes in I will trade my scope for the new one. With service like that they will keep my business. I just wish my rifle wasn't damaged in the first place. I just wanted to tell you guys about how well they treated me over there and how they made things right for me. They also comp'd the trigger job.

Glad to hear they did the right thing by making it like new. In there buisness "Word Of Mouth" should mean everything. And I am sure they will be happy to see you next visit

The one person that works there freaks me out. You know who I'm talking about.

I think the one you are talking about doesn't work there anymore. That person was quite knowledgable with assault rifles and pistols though if we are talking about the same person.

Their mistake, they fixed it, and if you're satisfied with their correction, then that's all that matters. How a business handles a problem reflects volumes on the character of the individuals within the business.

Quite a few of those guys worry me a little bit, the guy thats always in the back...he is strung a little to tight to carry a gun if you ask me. But I do like those guys, the guy thats soft spoken with the beard, older fella, is really nice. I have been out there the last two weeks in a row shooting at the indoor range. Glad things worked out for you with your gun. I have been happy with them and Guns N More on Kingston pike.

I usually make it in there at least once a week since its about a half mile from my office. They are really a pretty good bunch of guys. The 2 older guys with beards are tops in my book.
