College Football Transfers

Another example of how the NCAA is all screwed up. A star tight end plays with UGA for a year, but decides to transfer back home (Illinois) to be closer to his ailing grandfather. Transfers on the same day as Justin Fields, but for much more legitimate reasons. He still hasn't been granted eligibility for this season. I'm glad to see DAWGS fans showing support for this kid, who really seems to have his head screwed on straight. He would have been a starter for UGA this season, but decided to step down in quality of conference and national exposure in order to be closer to family.
