Cook's lawyers were granted a motion for sanctions against the State Attorney's Office in Tallahassee after it tried to introduce screenshots of posts from a fake Twitter account, Cook's juvenile records and business records as evidence. Those items, submitted in court filings Friday, will not be included in testimony.

He also tried to sneak his daughter in as a Jurist. LOL

You seem a little worried about what I think. Here's what I know, 9 times out of 10 if a strangers says someone they didn't know punched them in the face. It's probably true...

As far as Cook's legal issues. I could careless. Seen too many criminals in my day.... If you want to tell me how the criminal justice system works. You might be 24 years to late...

The trial has gotten underway earlier than initially expected. Judge Augustus D. Aikens Jr. ruled in favor of a defense request for a speedy trial. Cook was scheduled to have an arraignment on Sept. 2 with a trial to begin later in the month or October.

Methinks the defense thinks they will prevail.
