Anyone ever tried cooking pork butts to sell? Talking backyard bbq. Any luck with it, or a hassle and not worth it?

This is basically what I was considering, thanks. Would be nice to take orders and load the cooker up. Would only consider family and coworkers, not general public. Also no advertising.huntinkev":3fe8e9sf said:I did casually. When I would cook, I would take up orders from people I know and worked with and would cook their orders while cooking mine. I made a thousand bucks or so a year for the few years I did it. I would only cook if I had a cooker full and just did it a few times a year when I was going to be cooking me something anyway. I would sell ribs, chickens, butts or briskets.
It was worth it. To me, it's no different cooking 1 butt or 20. They have to cook same amount of time. If I'm cooking anyway, try to fill that cooker up.TN Song Dog":3qqa6i2p said:This is basically what I was considering, thanks. Would be nice to take orders and load the cooker up.
