I know a lot of folks cook on galvanized metal surfaces ..... Please read " Cooking on a galvanized surface..... Its not to good for you. Although I've done it in my younger years... just didn't know better back then ...

sounds like a good way to get zinc poisoning. ive gotten sick from welding that crap without a respirator hood. lol i saw someone make a wood burning grill out of one. you could see the zinc melt and roll off.

I didn't realize people cooked on that stuff. [emoji33] . I deal with it often in my line of work and have seen it make many a man sick, bad sick from not taking precautions.
