We had a country supper the other night. Tennessee Scrambler and fresh sliced tomatoes . Okra, green tomatoes, onions, squash, zucchini all battered in cornmeal and fried together in an iron skillet. Delicious!

I've never heard of that before but I'm gonna have to try it. Sounds incredible

We make poppy seed chicken pretty often, have never used Parmesan in it before. Will have to give that a try.

when it says rolling boil, it means a really rolling boil before you start timer or they wont set up. after tou add tye oats and mix spoon them on the parchment or wax paper fast. if you dont want the nuts in add a bit more oats and only use quick or minute oats.

i dont beat until firm, just make sure oats are mixed good. then drop them. be quick or theyll set up in the pan. if they dont set up good then you didnt boil hard enough.
