Covert Cams

I just returned mine as it failed. It appears that Covert shipped a replacement the day they got it and I can't imagine that they could have tested it and shipped a return so quickly. All I can figure is they simply replace any cam returned. Hope the new one works.

In terms of customer service, Covert has EARNED the best reputation in the industry.

And it's nice to call their number, have a courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful person promptly answer. Even better, they speak English with a slight Kaintucky drawl.

Yeh they have a lot of experience in just sending you a camera.... no problem :super:
Unless they do you like they did me. I sent a black 60 in under warranty and they send me a HD40 back, not even the same camera. :bash:
