I've had for 6 months. suddenly it does not take pics. I've tried to call, e-mail no response, for two weeks!!!! I'm done with them. I left message twice on answer machine NOTHING

My covert stopped accepting SD cards... not software wise but hardware. It never 'clicked' and held the SD card. I put a ticket in online on a Saturday morning and I got an email Tuesday afternoon with an RMA number. Hopefully it wont take forever to get a new one back.

up to 11 months of continuous use and over 12,000 pics on one of mine without a hiccup... finally had to replace the very first of batteries I put in there last October.

I'm having an issue with the screen not working on one of my MP6's. I didn't get it registered for warranty so I guess I am SOL but I'm communicating with them about the problem anyways.

They sent me a HD 60 back when I sent my MP6. I'm happy.
