I am a UT fan and I realize the hype is fun but I would much rather see Dan Mullen in orange next year than Jon Gruden. Big name but that may be it. If he gets it, I hope he dumps his heart into it and doesn't sit back and collect a 10 mil per year check to be mediocre.

So essentially what he is saying is Gruden is a hasbeen and vols is the worst job there is out there .
