Coyote pelts?

What do you all do with your yotes after the high fives and photos? I like predator hunting after deer season and usually get a few yotes if I'm lucky. But after some cool photos...I leave them for buzzard food.

Do trappers still keep yote pelts? Is there a market for them? They always look pretty good in Jan/Feb.

I'd sure give them away if someone out there is pelting them out.

just skin them out, slather em with table salt and borax and hang them to dry in your shed. I killed a pair last year and made em into killer cool coyote curtains for the shed!!!

I leave em where they lay, but I usually only kill 5 or 6 a year. Buzzards and worms gotta eat.
