to be taking pics, batteries dead. :cry: They were at 45% when I left the last time, so figured I'd be good for another couple weeks anyway. Went out Wed afternoon before the rain set in to check it and they were deader'n a hammer. Brought it out for fresh batts and going back in this eve. The deer had destroyed the ground around that stump I've had the TR's on for several years. BIG mud hole around it now. :)
 
I learned a while back that batteries in a camera last a long time while they're in the 85-99% battery life left bracket. Once they start falling and fall off below that they can go fast...especially in the cold. I carry spares.
