crossbow for family

I'm looking for a crossbow for my family. Value is king. I am looking to spend $200(or less) subtotal for a package with scope and bolts. It doesn't need to be fancy just worth the money, reliable and accurate. Hopefully something that I could trade out of later too.it will be hunted w I think 1-3 times per year and maybe shot 10-20 sessions otherwise. I found these two today at dicks online. I will be doing some store shopping this weekend.

This one looks a little better for what it's worth but it's $50 more. What do you guys think please.

look around for a good used PSE copperhead viper, great crossbows and will get the job done.
