czech insulated pant liners?

Anyone ever try these or know someone that has before? I'm looking into buying something to wear under my pants besides my old cotton thermals,,, which really suck!! I froze last year and vowed to not shiver like that again.

go to an army surplus u can get the top and bottom for 20 bucks
