:grin: Stinkin finally............

At 6:45 AM on Saturday the woods came alive with gobbles.... I moved in real close and waited for flydown... I saw two hit a field just across the property line...I belly-crawled as close as I could get and played a little tune... The two birds gobbled real hard and walked straight to my gun barrel... I shot the second one......
10-1/4" Beard, 1" spurs, 19-1/2 pounds...Black eye and a bloody nose... The 835 wore me out.. I was still kind of on my belly when I made the shot and didnt really have a good hold on the beast.. The nice girl at the checking station helped me clean up...

Congrats on the gobbler!I have a Mossberg 835,I put a Limbsaver kick pad on mine and its not bad a all now.I believe I could shoot mine 40 straight times without hurting!!
