Dead Deer with Sores

A friend of mine found this buck this weekend on some property we hunt. What is this? What should be done? What caused it? I have saw and killed a lot of healthy deer on this property and never saw anything like this.

Interesting for sure. The common warts arent normally harmful but these look different just from the pic? Any other markings on the body?
