This video is where the TWRA Officer uses his dart gun. The sound of rushing air you begin to hear is the CO2 cartridge leaking. Luckily he was close enough to administer the dart before he ran out of propellant. Try not to laugh when I said I could smell that deer...
Apparently they do because while we were there the homeowner spoke to her insurance adjuster who instructed her to rent a hotel room for a couple of days and he would have the place cleaned up. I didn't ask her the name of the company though.
A bullet to the head is exactly what Officer Tweed said was in store for the little fella after he left the house. I agree with you but unfortunately our policy and procedure dictates us to notify a TWRA official who will make any and all decisions concerning wildlife.
