I am trying to learn how to use one....any web sites and how to advice would be useful...thx!

Not sure if there are any "tips" out there or not.
My best advice is to just practice alot while driving back and forth to work or around town.
That is how I learned.

Will Primos has a good "how to" video out so you might try that in addition to just playin with different ones and just practicing ALOT.

Practice and get your mouth broken in and use to the vibrateing ruber. NWTF web page has real turkey sounds you can listen to and then try to repeat.
