did they gobble this morning?

we didn't hear much at all.i got close to a few gobblers in fields but only heard a couple gobble.

we heard several and watched one put on a show for a hen at 80-120 yds.

Had one gobbled good. He came from 600 yards to 80 yards the last time i heard him. Took the safety off and waited but he didnt show.

No way I went out today. Going out in the morning though. I hope they gobble some but really I hope more than anything they will show up in the same field I have seen the strutters in where I killed my bird last weekend. Will set up there before flydown, first time setting up a distance from the roost.

Nothing untill about 8:30 when the rain ended and the sun popped out. Then they came alive!

Where I hunted around ocoee one would've had to been in my lap to hear it gobble. The wind was awful.
