Would like to hear your feedback on the new "Rectrack" sign in system for Ft Campbell MWR?

Did you use it?

Any glitches or was it smooth?

My only glitch was my PC, so I had to ask my son if I could use his, I got area 46, which is what I wanted.....but noted that most everything was full by 0935....and within 10 minutes it looked all full if I saw correctly.

I like the idea that I can open a map and see what is full so that I don't waste my time.....making a call, only to find out that the area I wanted is already full.

My only wonder is.....if 4 guys are trying to get the same area.....and they all hit enter at the same time....and there is only 3 spots available....who isn't getting it.

I really like the system, much better than the phone, IMO

I just used it, I'm active duty so everything was still open when it went live at 815. Personally I liked it, I clicked my area and didn't have to sit on hold for 30 min. Once I clicked there was a screen with no info on it so wasn't sure if it worked, had to go to the shopping cart to see I had my area there haha, so that was the only glitch if you can call it one.

Worked smoothly for me. Although I am not sure that refreshing actually refreshes what you see everytime.
