Ditch pickles tomorrow

Not crazy about an East wind but I'm gonna try to catch some bass tomorrow at the 1,000 acre lake.
I guess it's Lake Halford now lol

If ya wanna go be there at daylight lol
Actually 30 minutes before sunrise.

Got a lizard, jig, topwater, whacky worm and of course my bream rod rigged up.
We will see.

Good luck! I've only been there once (maybe twice?) and had zero luck. I wish I was closer. I'd like another shot at it.

I went there Sunday and it started off bad tough. Finally resorted to a drop shot and caught several with a bonus 8-10lb Blue Cat. That was fun on the 6lb test drop shot line.

It was definitely slow this morning.
I did manage three the first 30 minutes.
2 on topwater and scoped 1 with a whacky worm.
Fished till about 8:30 and ended up with 6 dinks.
Beautiful morning though!!

Yep when they ain't on and an east wind I have played that game before.
Plus something came up that I needed to deal with as well.
