Hard to say. We had a huge 5 pt on our lease last year. I mean this thing had the frame of a 10pt...medium width but extremely tall. This year he added one short brow tine and otherwise the rack looks very close to last year. I believe that to be very much out of the normal though. I would judge your deer more on the body size. If he has a large enough body to be at least 2.5 to 3.5 years old, then I believe it will be likely he'll be sticking around the 5-7 point range next year....but I also believe that rarely happens.
