Yep! The cane actually works better than PVC because of the micro holes and organic material of the cane make a better home for micro-organisms that in turn attract more bait fish.

I'm not sure what bodock is but I'll look into it. Not overly concerned about longevity since theres is a total of about $24 in all 16 of these.
